Halfway to everywhere

Grand Prairie, Texas sits midway between Fort Worth and Dallas. The northern edge of the city is less than three miles south of DFW International Airport. The Dallas-Fort Worth connector, Interstate 30, runs across the northern portion of Grand Prairie; State Highway 161 runs vertically through the city. And Molto Properties is putting almost 1.8 million square feet of industrial space in the middle of it. Method Architecture designed the new development, GSW Commerce Center. They commissioned PRISM to produce the marketing renderings.

GSW Commerce Center is located directly off State Highway 161 in the Great Southwest/Arlington submarket, a highly desirable infill location. Phase I broke ground in April. It includes two buildings, 252,555 s.f. and 211,940, s.f. respectively. Both are divisible up to 50,000 s.f. and have 32’ clear heights. Ample car and trailer parking surrounds both buildings. Phase II is planned to add another 1.3 million s.f.; construction is scheduled to begin in mid-2023. Raymond Construction is the general contractor and CBRE is marketing the property.
